We are happy to have your child attend school in Moraga.  The Moraga School District enrolls approximately 1750 students in Transitional Kindergarten through eighth grade.  The Moraga School District strives to provide a supportive and challenging academic environment that encourages critical and creative thinking, maximizes individual students' strengths and differences, and motivates students to be culturally conscious, lifelong learners, and responsible citizens.

Step 1:  Begin an enrollment application online

 
Complete the online application process.  Before starting the process, please have the following documents ready to upload.
 
  • birth certificate
  • immunization records
  • residency verification documents
  • parent/guardian valid ID
 
Note:  Uploading your documents works best on a desktop or laptop.  
 
PLEASE BE SURE TO CLICK THE FINISH AND SUBMIT BUTTON ON THE LAST PAGE SO THAT WE CAN ACCESS YOUR DOCUMENTS.

Step 2:  Submit the Application

 
Submitted applications will be reviewed and processed by the school administrative assistant.  Please note school offices are closed for winter break at the end of December and the beginning of January and summer break from mid-June to the end of July. No registrations will be processed during these breaks.
 
  • You will be contacted via phone or email with the next steps in the enrollment process.
  • Your application will be considered complete after all documents have been received and approved.

Step 3: Create Your Parent Portal - TO BE DONE IN EARLY AUGUST (before the school year begins)

 
Once you have enrolled your child, you need to create YOUR parent portal.  This is the account you will enter each year to update student information and emergency contacts, view and agree to school policies, visit PTA websites, make donations to MEF and school supplies, and sign up for childcare.
 
Here are the necessary steps to access the MSD Aeries Parent Portal:
 
  • Receive your child's student ID number and verification code from the school site administrative assistant. (This will come in the form of an email or letter at the end of July or beginning of August before the new school year for ALL TK, Kindergarten and new students in other grades.
  • If you don't have this information by the 1st day of school, contact your specific school site office.
  • Access Parent Data Confirmation
  • Go down the list of items, approving documents, clicking on links for donations, and filling out required surveys.
  • YOU ARE NOT DONE UNTIL YOU CLICK THE BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, "FINISH AND SUBMIT."
