Moraga School District

POEMS is a parent-led group for families of students with learning differences and disabilities.  POEMS aims to be a parent voice for the education and social-emotional well-being of students within the Moraga School District.  We hope that by connecting with one another, offering support, and sharing resources we will create a collaborative community of parents to effectively advocate and ensure our student's needs are being met.  

 

New to POEMS are parent representatives for each school site.  These parent reps. will act as a resource for parents or guardians who seek support or resources.  The parent rep. will also act as a liaison to the district for special education-related needs.

 

POEMS meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month from 5:45 pm to 7:00 pm. at the JM Library, 1010 Camino Pablo.
