Content Standards

In 1997 the California Department of Education established subject area content standards in the four CORE subjects:  English Language Arts, Math, Science and History/Social Studies.  These content standards are grade specific with increased complexity at each successive grade.  We encourage parents to become familiar with these content standards to be able to assist your child with assignments and homework. 

English Language Arts -- Grades K-12

Math -- Grades K-12

Science -- Grades K-12

History/Social Studies -- Grades K-12
